Welcome to Milahs Safe Haven. I designed  this blog because I'm sure there are many women like me who are not comfortable with their bodies. I want build confidence within myself and within other women. This blog was created to help other women grow and love their bodies no matter the shape or size or color. I also would love to discuss other topics. Discussing different topics are important as well.

You ever just wanted to give up so bad ? Maybe something didn’t work out , it’s taking to long , it doesn’t seem right. DO NOT GIVE UP ! All hard work pays off in the end ! I know it seems so hard but you got this 💪🏾. They didn’t build Rome over night, it took time and so will this. Keep going ✨
