Yesterday, I was looking at myself and said ” yeah it’s time to work out “. I have said this plenty of times but this time is different. I feel the motivation and power to do so and I did it. I accomplished a small goal and will continue to do so ! If you really want change , CHALLENGE yourself. See where you want to be in life and put yourself there mentally.
